October 25th, 2013 Porter's 1st Birthday! He was quite hyper that morning and we enjoyed watching him tackle pillow after pillow.
Birthday gift from Grandma Shauna
We went up to Burgdorf Hot Springs (north of McCall) and planned to stay the night in one of their rustic cabins. We had a great time swimming but after that we were ready to head back to the comfort of our cabin. The cabins were extremely rustic; way too small and smokey. It would've been fine for Jon and I but not a good idea for a family of six with two that needed naps.
Happy Birthday, Porter! We love you so much and are grateful you've joined our family. We are better because of you!
We all participated in Council's 1st Halloween fun run. Jon ran the 10k, Hyrum the 5k and Lydia and I and the two little ones did the one mile.
