May 2016

Grandma Shauna brought Ephraim home (from keeping him while we went to Florida, she had him for about 10 days) and picked me up and we went to Rigby to attend an Energy healing conference in Idaho Falls with Eleisha and Julene. The kids love playing with their grandma.

Lydia loves to create and make food.

Lydia also loves to do my hair and I love for her to do it.  Such a blessing to have a daughter!

Camping with Dad.  One of their all time FAVORITE things to do! Especially, when there's hot chocolate and s'mores.

Mother's Day activities from Primary.  This one is from Zerin

For Mother's Day, Jon made me my very own bow and put pictures of our children on it.  Such a talented and sweet husband!

While in Rigby we went by the cemetery and saw this for the first time.  It was a little strange to stay at Grandma and Grandpa's house without Grandma there.  It was also neat to be back in their home and feel her spirit.  I still can't believe how blessed I am to have had two amazing grandma's in my life.  And, to not lose them until I was well into my 30s.

Sure love this grandpa of mine.  I have countless memories of spending time with him and love that fact that I get to keep creating them.  Thanks for your love, Grandpa!

Out smelling the roses on a walk with grandma.  Three of grandmas favorite things: walking, roses, and grand kids.

My first attempt at making kombucha (fermented tea).

One of Ephraim's absolute favorite things is to ride on the 4-wheeler.  This is one good sissy to keep taking him.

I believe this will go down in history as one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE photos!

Clearwater Beach Florida, May 2nd-7th, 2016

This was an awesome trip!  We surprised the kids with a trip to Clearwater Beach, FL. I secretly packed their bags Sunday night and then at 3:30am Monday morning we carried them out to the van and drove to the airport.  They had no clue. (Grandma Shauna was passing through after a weekend with her sister in UT so she offered to take Ephraim home with her while we were gone.  It worked out with to only have the older four).

The amazing Clearwater Beach.  White sands and warm waters!

Helping Zerin jump the waves

Lydia, where'd your body go?! Good burying job, Hyrum!

Playing in the pool at the hotel-- the Island Cay Hotel, which was about two blocks from the ocean.

Lots of fun with Dad in the pool!

Dinner at the Brown Box restaurant. Super yummy!

Zerin enjoying his ribs.

Lydia begged and begged to do this and she loved it.

Love this handsome man of mine!
Getting ready to fly to Florida and so excited, even though is 5am!

That's a police vehicle.  Dad got pulled over because the vehicle we were driving wasn't registered with the plates on it.  Dad wasn't too happy with the rental company.  Of course, no ticket because it wasn't our vehicle.

Zerin playing on the toys at the park which was also only a couple blocks from the hotel.

Our room was a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. So convenient to make our own meals.

Busch Gardens. This was the perfect amusement park for our family. Lots to do and far from over crowded.  Fun was had by all!

Dad and Hyrum went on this one right after lunch.  Dad didn't feel too well the rest of the day.  Dad's in the blue shirt towards the top.

Pretty cool that you get to ride rides and see cool animals.

That's quite the face, Sissy!

Lots of rides at Busch Gardens are fun for adult and kids alike.

Near closing time Hyrum had the great idea to see if the vendors were giving away food.  Sure enough, he was right.  Free pretzels and churros.

Unfortunately, we had a 10 hr layover in LA on our way home.  We rented a van and hung out at the beach.  Interesting how different the beach was from Clearwater.  LA sand was coarse and dark and the water was freezing!!

Of course, Hyrum was brave enough to get wet.

Long day for a 3 yr old...

Heading home and back to our Ephraim.  Awesome vacation and we can't wait to do it again!!

My Greastest Blessings!
