Ephraim 9 months

This little adorable bundle of joy is 9 months old already!  He is such a blessing in our home with his sweet, happy, fun energy.  He loves to chase his brothers around and doesn't hesitate to rough house with them.  He's been our earliest mover.  By 5 months he was crawling (and had two teeth).  He's been pulling up and walking around furniture for a couple weeks.  It's so fun to watch him grow and explore.  My favorite part is holding and cuddling him while he sucks his thumb.  I'm sure there will come a day when I'll wish he wouldn't suck his thumb but for now it provides me an opportunity for cuddle time :)  His cuddles and loves literally nourish my soul!  Heavenly Father knew exactly what He was doing when he gave mommas babies!  Thank you, Ephraim, for allowing me to be your Mom.  I love you more than you'll ever know!

Our Beautiful Lydia Jane

Lydia and I had a fun morning away at a beauty school in Nampa.  Our friend, Melissa, is a student there and is amazing with hair.  Lydia had a Princess Package, which included a pedicure, manicure, hair do, and light makeup.  Of course, we had to get some pictures taken of the pretty girl when she was done.  Thanks to, Heidi, our friend and neighbor for taking these!

I have been blessed with some really amazing people in my life.  There's not a day that goes by that I don't thank my Heavenly Father for the truly tremendous individuals I am blessed to associate with.  They lift and inspire me in ways only He knows that I need.  They each play such an important role in helping me become who I am divinely created to be.  Top on my list is my husband, of course, followed by my five beautiful children.  Next in line are my dear sweet friends (aka my non-biological family) and my biological family.  One of those dear sweet friends, Lorrie Richins, took these photos of my children for me.  I love that woman like my own sister.

So this was kind of a last minute thing and I was running a bit crazy that day.  I'm not sure what I was thinking when I dressed Zerin and Porter... Clearly I wasn't!  Jon's reaction/laugh when he saw the shirt Porter was in made it all worth it though!  It nearly brought him to tears :)

I will forever become hysterical when I see this picture.  Jon's reaction when he saw this and realized my choice of shirt really was priceless!  The look Porter has on his face even seems to say in a very cool tone, "My dad is rad."  (Honestly this is probably a garage sale shirt I got in Texas when Hyrum was a baby.  I really was out of it when I chose this shirt... At least the boy's adorable!) 

There isn't a day that goes by without someone commenting on Porter's hair.  We get asked constantly where it came from.  I don't know but I'll take it!  I love your hair, Porter!

Zerin has the cutest natural smile but for some reason he has hard time figuring out a fake smile.  He was the same way almost two years ago when we had family pictures taken.  Zerin, you are the sweetest and most loving little boy and I'm grateful you're mine!
