| Lydia made these roasted pumpkin seeds from a pumpkin she harvested and carved from our garden. She said they taste like popcorn, probably because she mixed them with butter and salt and pepper. She also added a little onion powder. They were a hit with Porter! Lydia loves all things creative. And, she's wonderful to include her brothers. Together they painted a pumpkin and carved another. Thank goodness for our fun, creative Lydia!! |
