February 2016

This has been a busy month of basketball for Hyrum.  He's having a lot of fun playing school ball and he's doing really well.  We sure enjoy watching him play!

Sound asleep and he fits just perfectly!

Wearing Daddy's hat and as cute as can be!

He's been a good sport to tag along to both Lydia and Hyrum's basketball games.

You don't have to ask this kid twice if he wants to go to basketball.  He's a lover through and through!

Nice follow thru, Bud!

Story time with Mom

Silly Brother

I came up to my bathroom one night and this was wrapped up on my counter.  Lydia had Dad write the note so I wouldn't know it was from her.  What a sweetheart!

Zerin's self portrait

This has also been a busy month with Lydia's basketball.  She's scored lots of baskets and has enjoyed the season.

Rub a dub dub three boys in the tub!

We gave the four older children Valentine's cards this year but only Zerin and Hyrum's made it on the blog...  Zerin likes to wear a cape and use his super powers to make Dad disappear.

Always something sweet and creative from Lydia

This is a great homemade card from Lydia, "but you forgot the candy..." Our poor deprived children :)

She knows my favorite colors are green and blue.

My card from Jon this year covered the entire mirror in our bathroom.  I sure am a lucky woman to have such a loving, thoughtful and creative husband!

Just like Lydia use to do, Ephraim LOVES to sit and eat with Dad.  Whenever Dad's eating Ephraim comes running.  He'll eat/try pretty much anything. Sure is nice

Dad calls Lydia his little duck so she colored this picture for him.

Zerin loves to have fires and roast things.  We don't typically have marshmallows around so he found an apple to roast.  What a cutie!

Lydia at an early season bow shoot.

After 19 months in the mission field, Grandma and Grandpa DeCoria are home!  We missed them, but so grateful they had the opportunity to serve in the Denver South Mission.  On their drive home they stayed a few days with us.  Grandpa bought himself a bow and enjoyed his first bow shoot.  They also got to watch Hyrum's basketball team take 1st in their end of season tournament.

Playing with Dad's float raft he's taking to Alaska

Semi-final game against Homedale

Championship game against Weiser--they WON!

Awesome pose, buddy😃

No doubt Porter and Ephraim will take after their big brother.
