Apples are one of my favorite things about fall. There's no better time to eat an apple. Last night for FHE we picked apples and today I spent almost the entire day making applesauce. I love when I have the opportunity to be domestic. I've worked enough to know I LOVE being home. There is truly no more fulfilling role, for me, than to be at home all day with my children. I am cherishing these years with my little ones.

Is this your Victorio Strainer? Best thing ever invented. I need to get me one. I borrowed one when I made applesauce this year.
